The Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2015 includes the Barrasso-Heinrich bipartisan liquefied natural gas (LNG) export bill (S. 33) and an amendment Barrasso offered that directs federal agencies to prioritize environmental reviews for helium projects.

Energy Committee Advances Two Barrasso Water Bills
